I am committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal details are collected at the point of initial screening call. These details are destroyed at that point if you do not decide to proceed with therapy with me. If we do start therapy, I may take brief notes for my own reference during sessions which is then converted into an electronic copy and kept electronically on a password protected computer. Paper copies are then shredded.
