About me
I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with postgraduate doctoral level training and expertise in treating mental health difficulties, of varying nature and severity, with children, adolescents and adults.

I have over 10 years of experience working in various posts within the NHS as well as experience of working in the private sector. This includes a range of experience treating adults with common mental health difficulties such as stress, anxiety and depression as well as children and adolescents with a range of emotional, behavioural and/or mental health difficulties.

I offer evidence-based treatments supported by the latest research evidence and national guidance. I work within a predominantly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model, with thoughtful integration of other third wave CBT treatment models where appropriate, including aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I am also trained in various parenting interventions such as Incredible Years for primary school age children.
